Occasionally, we hear from you, our loyal customers, about technical issues that make it difficult to place your order online.  We've decided to add this little "help" section, and will add issues as they're brought to our attention.  Please email us with anything you feel would be helpful.  We appreciate it, and will return the consideration by trying to respond promptly to your suggestions.  Mahalo plenty!


HELP!  I don't see any way to add anything to my cart! 

If you don't have our little bathtub and ordering options on the right-hand side of your monitor (it should look like this:

  • Check the bottom of your screen—if you see a scroll bar across the bottom of your monitor screen, it means that you're only seeing a portion of the image (it's our shopping cart software, not your operator skills, I promise!).  Grab it, and scroll to the right, and you should see a drop-down selection box that allows you to pick your fragrance or product, and the little bathtub button that adds the products to your cart.  You must choose something from each drop-down box in the product (some sets have more than one) before it will allow you to add. We've tried to keep the options simple, but sometimes you just gotta make a decision!

I've ordered before, and can't find the products I'm looking for

  • We recently simplified our website to make it possible to keep it up to date easier.  We combined the products that are alike in all but fragrance, unfortunately, what suffers is the ability to search for individual products.  However, with this new simplified layout, all you have to do is find the right category, then choose the fragrance you want. This enables us to make global changes and stay current instead of having to edit dozens of individual items, staying more current with what we actually have.  If you don't see a particular fragrance, it should mean that we're out ourselves.  Please feel free to call us should this happen--we'll be happy to tell you when your favorite will be back, or what is closest to it if you need to choose an alternative.  When in doubt, just ask! We'll even pay for the call!
  • Our toll-free number is 866-575-5435.  It should work from the US and Canada, or you can also use our direct number, which is 808-575-5435 if need be.  Shoots!
